I know my SAT is pretty low for some schools like uchicago, berkeley, ucla, and uva, but what do you think are my chances to these schools I'm applying/ applied to? What are my reach, match, and safety schools? Thanks for all ur feedbacks!

p.s. I'm applying as an international student btw

Honestly, I think your chances for UChicago, Berkley, UCLA, and UVA are pretty low to non-existent. The rule for most of these schools is usually 2000+ SAT scores, and UChicago and Berkeley usually exceed 2100. On top of that, UCLA, Berkeley, and UVA are state schools which means they tend to favor applicants from their home state and as you’re applying international there will be added difficulty for your acceptance, and of course Berkeley ranks as basically THE most prestigious state school in the US.

If you were a US applicant, I’d say Rochester and Fordham are safeties, but as you’re applying international it will be harder to get in since these schools will favor American students. Your extracurriculars are decent but most students have a lot of hours under their belt (because of things such as NHS) and they are pretty active in clubs etc. Your research paper stands out, if I were you I’d make that VERY clear because that’s very unique. Also, unless you’re planning an art major or you’ve received formal training that could potentially win art awards, don’t bother submitting your art portfolio.
