We spend a lot of time debating which boarding school has the nicest campus, best academics, best sports, etc. How do we find out about these aspects of boarding schools. Bingo, their WEBSITES. Although this may sound dumb, I was curious on what bs you guys think has the best website. In my opinion, websites are very important during the admissions process. Some websites are very attractive, and others lack important information. Your rankings could be based on design, organization, how informative they are, and how helpful it was to you during the admission process. Our world is rapidly becoming very dependent on technology and websites. Maybe in a couple years bs websites will completely replace viewbooks and other mail.

Hands down most impressive I’ve seen is NMH’s.

Deerfield Website Rocks!

Most impressive website=Exeter!

I like Andover’s, Exeter’s, and Peddie’s.

I actually don’t like Exeter’s new website that much.

I was wondering which school’s website best captures their true character as well. One can only know this by actually going to the school and then evaluating how the site represents the feel of the school. I would love to hear from current parents/students about their own school’s site!

Blair is drab… And NMH is pretty cool.

I think you make a very good point. I am not a student at a boarding school until September, so I won’t be able to your question based on the limited experiences I have had with my school. I am sure, however, there are a lot of currents parents and students on this website. Does anyone have any input?
