What was the answer to the African preacher question: "congregation's praise" is smugness or dismissiveness?

dismissive

i put dismissiveness.

I put overly simplistic because as a previous poster mentioned, humor is extremely subjective - why would the testmakers choose such an iffy answer as the correct one? Overly simplistic cannot be argued against, one passage went into detail whereas the other brushed over the grandmother.

And, I put dismissiveness.

CR Section 1-Animal Sounds passage-- Did rough most nearly mean harsh? And casts most nearly mean presents?

Hopefully, I was right.

i put visibly radiant

i also put visibly radiant.

i however, am not visibly radiant, because i am procrastinating on my fricken homework. i despise junior year. :-)
