I know there are tons of things to do at PSU on the weekends, but could someone specify some things? What do a lot of people do on weekends BESIDES drink?

How about Study and Do Research Papers and other Academic Stuff.

Perhaps read a book,,,, Work Out,,,, Play an Intermural Sport,,,, Play video Games,,,,, Go to the Football Game on Saturday,, Hang out With People,,,, Watch TV,,,, Maybe go online and come back to CC and Give advice to people like us.

I am so Excited,,,, I should have like a count down clock or Something.
I can not WAIT to get out of my Small Town,,,, School.. Only 50 more days of HS and I'm going to be on a one way track to PSU... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Yes,,, Thank God I'm freaking smart and I Nailed the SAT's 1270 Baby!!! I probably mentioned this before but I Am going to the Best College out of anyone in my Seinor Class. Mine is the Top ranked followed by 1 person going to Pitt main campus.

To be honest I don't really have many Friends so I guess me going to Penn State,,, deep down is kind of me sticking it to my crappy school.

There is a program called Late Night at Penn State where they run a variety of non-alcoholic events at the HUB on campus. If you go to Penn State's main page and search "Late Night" you'll find a link. It says they will be updating it soon now that Spring Break is over. There is so much other stuff: many sporting events (not just football), theater, club activities..... You shouldn't be bored if you get active in campus offerings. And I highly doubt you will be the ONLY person not drinking :)

a lot of the students here dont drink. ive been to late night a few times and its surprisingly a lot of fun. theyve got karaoke, sometimes they get a mechanical bull, old time photos, movies every thursday-sunday (and theyre movies that have just left the theatres) and a bunch of other stuff all for free. you can check this site out to learn more... http://www.latenight.psu.edu/
