<p>Is it asking for how many weeks per year did I participate in the club, or for how many weeks I was a member of that club? What if the club has meetings once per month and I participate in events about twice per month? Would I not take into account the weeks that didn't contain a meeting and that didn't contain an event that I attended? I'm a bit confused..</p>

<p>Weeks per year is how many weeks did you do something actively involved with the club. In your case, you’d omit weeks without a meeting or event.</p>
<p>Hours per week is average hours spent doing the activity during weeks you participated. That is, total annual hours divided by weeks per year.</p>
<p>I really hope they don’t expect you to be accurate on this section.</p>
