Does it matter? I have an average unweighted GPA(3.8) but above average weighted GPA (4.54). Do colleges consider your first semester senior year when calculating GPA for ADMISSIONS? Notice I didn't say consideration for retractions of admissions.

3.8 isn't average. It's good. And they will be impressed by all the weighted classes you took and performed well in more than by simply the number.
And yes, most schools do look at 1st semester grades.

3.8 is well above average (though it is pretty average here at CC). I know that many colleges ask for midyear reports, but I don't think they use that to calculate the GPA that they report in their stats. I could be wrong, though.

Also, how much do trends come into play for admissions? Are trends one of the reasons for outliers on admission graphs?

Most of my B's were from freshman year(6 B's; we give semester grades so 6 B's and 8 A's that year).

My 9th grade GPA was 3.57. My 10th grade average for the year was 3.92 and I think my 11th grade(this year) average will be 3.92.

Can I mention being a transfer student(after school started) to the 8th grade in middle school to help me gain sympathy from colleges?

Our middle school is separate from my high school, but my previous school was a private school with very bad teaching standards. Some teachers didn't even have degrees at all. I had really never written a persuasive essay until the 8th grade in public school!

It sounds to be a bit of long shot and too sly/desperate/deceitful since I don't consider myself disadvantaged at all (except for English where I have only received one semester "A" so far with the rest "B").
