Weird ACT situation

I took the ACT earlier this year and got 31 composite, 31 math, 31 english, 32 reading, 31 science.

I felt I could do much better and took it again in June, and I got 32 composite, 27 math, 34 english, 33 reading, 32 science.

On the test I took WAY TOO MUCH time on the math and did TERRIBLE. I had to guess on way too many, I didn't manage my time well at all. I don't want colleges to think I'm weak in math, I take IB HL math classes. Also, my score could have potentially been a 33 or MAYBE 34 had I improved in math as I did in the other categories. So my question is this- what scores should I submit? Can I submit both to show I am strong in math and just made a minor mistake which had a major outcome? Is it worth taking it again in October? I really don't want to take it again if I don't have to. Also, any colleges that let you combine scores from different tests? Not that this is important, but I got a 10 on the writing on the first one, second one isn't online.

Send both...both are great scores and show some level of consistancy. Perhaps it may also depend on where you are applying to and what your intended major will be. For example, I would send the former if you intend on apply to MIT or Caltech, but would probably send both if you are apply to another school with an intended major that is not too math heavy. I really don't think it matters which one you send in the long run; it's not that much of a drop (you probably only missed about 3-4 more questions the second time around).

Honestly I'm thinking about something along the lines of pre-law. So send both scores? I'm not planning on applying to any ivies or even really anything real close so hopefully these will be alright. I really DON'T want to take it again if I don't have to

These scores would be competitive for just about all top 20 schools. I would say you're fine. Just send both, most colleges will only look at your highest composite anyway.
