URGENT! SAT AND ACT QUESTIONS, about to send!

Okay, I'm sending scores (wish me luck!)

However:

I took two ACT tests - one in June, and one in December.

June test scores were as follows:
Reading: 32
English: 33
Math: 23
Science: 23
Writing: 11/12

December:
Reading: 32
English: 27 (***! IT WENT DOWN 5 POINTS!)
Math: 27 (went up :) )
Science: 27
Writing: N/A

Is it in my favor to send BOTH test scores so that they can see I improved in Science and Math? It's kind of hard to become dumber in English, so I think that was a fluke. Would they just take the best out of both? My common app has my english score listed as 33 but my math and science still 23 because I hadn't taken the december yet.

Also, I got a 1930 on the SAT's..should I just send that?

My composite was 28 for both. It would have been a 30 for the December if I had gotten my original English score, which has always been 33....gah.

My FINAL question:

If, for certain schools, I'm just sending ACTs as my main testing score option, but I also want to send my SATs, MUST i submit subject tests as well?

Majority of schools, when you send multiple ACT tests, use that particular test with highest composite. However, in your case the composite is the same. Also you have an issue that one of them is without writing and the college may require one with writing but might still review and use the one without writing as long as you send one with writing. You are better off sending both including because you cannot really tell what they will do with the writing/non-writing issue and because many consider the math and English scores the more important and thus you should let the college decide which test it thinks is better. Moreover, I would also send the SAT as it is in the same range and if college believes it is better than either of your ACTs it will use it for admission. As to whether you must send SAT IIs depends on college. Some do require you to send all SAT and SAT IIs scores if you send any. Others that have an “all scores” rule apply it only to SATs. Finally, you obviously have to send SAT IIs if the college requires them for admission.
