Okay...my SAT II's did not go well, at all, but what I would like to know is how much it would hurt my other standardized test scores.
SAT:2150
ACT: 32
SAT Subject: Math I: 620 US Hist: 640 Spanish:660...I will take them again in October I guess, but even if I improve am I done? In other words are these scores gonna kill my chances at upper tier schools in which my other scores would fall under?

bbbbuuummppp

u have a pretty good SAT and ACT score, so im sure thatll hold u up. just retake your scores and consider taking math level 2 instead of level 1. ur GPA will also help. scores dont necesarily make or break u, even tho thats wat all of us think -.-

okay, another question....will these scores hurt my chance at schools that have SAT II's optional, reccomended, or even colleges that claim they do not look at them? I mean they will see them, but how will I let them know I do not want them to see them....

This is my first time posting stats, but I need advice as to whether or not to retake Math 2 in October, 2007. I will be applying SCEA to Stanford, and while they "strongly recommend" submitting 2 subject tests (one of which should be Math 2) we all know that it is more required than recommended! 4.0 unweighted GPA (most rigourous curriculum offered), rank 1/374 public high school with good track record of getting a few into Stanford each year, 33 ACT, Subject Tests: Chem (800), US History (770), Lit (750) and Math 2 (740). I believe this 740 will be the single weakest part of my total application, and while I don't want to be neurotic, I also don't want it to stand out as a negative. Should I retake it in October? Thanks!
