I’m an international student and i applied to Ohio state in January
i have been patiently waiting for my decision…but a few days ago, my status went back to ‘incomplete’, it was shown as ‘evaluation’ before
it said there’s no grading scale on my transcripts
i asked my school counselor to email them and explain about the grading scale, but they seem to ignore the email</p>
<p>what can i do?
should i call them?
but because of time difference, i can’t get my school counselor to talk to them on phone because when it’s morning in Ohio, it’s already late night here; when it’s morning here, it’s late night in Ohio…</p>
<p>An “incomplete” application means your are missing one (or more) of the essential items needed to process an applicaiton. This could be, but not limited to: test socres, application fee, transcripts etc etc. I’m not sure what else is needed for an international student application, but those are a few essentials (above) that you’ll need as a domestic student to have a complete and ready to be reviewed application. They won’t admit you or anything until you have turned in ALL of the necessary incomplete items for your application. There should be a green button in you application status center that says “Show more information on status” and it will take you to a new page and then click on the other green button that says “Show status of required items”. That should show you which required items you have turned in and which ones you don’t. Hope this helps and good luck!</p>
