Weird Invitation letter..

Hey guys! I know this is kind of a last minute thread but as the time of the decision approaches and the clocks are ticking, I made a holistic overview of what Harvard has sent me..an though they have send me no likely letter, I received by September an odd mail which reads as follows:

"We are writing to offer our congratulations on your academic achievements and to encourage you to consider the opportunities available at Harvard as you plan your academic future...etc"

Would you consider that a form of pre-likely letter? Does it mean I have relatively increased chances of admission?
Btw my other stats are SAT:2200, G.P.A: 45/45 (IB), CLASS RANK: Valedictorian (1st/53)

I got the same letter back in December, right after I sent my app but I doesn’t mean anythinng, that’s just my opinion. Good Luck to everyone!

I believe that is just Harvard’s standard SAT letter. It just means that your scores were generally within their range (along with more than ten thousand others). Not a great indication of admissions potential, but nothing bad, either!
