weird situation, any help is appreciated.

<p>Well here's the situation:</p>

<p>I completed 63 units at a Junior College and then transferred to UC Berkeley last fall.
Due to personal reasons I withdrew my spring semester and came back home.
Ive already finished all the prereqs for my major, but my counselor told me I should take one transferable course so it would show that the last school I attended was a jc, which would make me a jc transfer instead of a Uc to Uc transfer.
I have a total of 76 units combined from Berkeley and Jc.
I am tagging to UCI for next fall.
Are there any complications or steps I have not completed that would jeopardize UCI from accepting me???
Any help is appreciated, thanks for your time.</p>

<p>UC Irvine does not grant TAG to any student who has any units from a four year college, all prior coursework must have been done at a CCC. You will have to apply as a UC to UC transfer.</p>

<p>No, you are mistaken. OP you can TAG according to the 2012 TAG Matrix:</p>

<p>Who can TAG?
Students with CCC coursework and non-CCC coursework from within the U.S
UCI- “No (exception: coursework completed at a UC in good standing”</p>

<p><a href=“http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/counselors/files/ETS11_TAGMatrix_rev070111.p[/url]”>http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/counselors/files/ETS11_TAGMatrix_rev070111.p&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

<p>You should be fine if you left UCB in good standing. 76 units == 114 quarter units, so you are still considered a junior.</p>

<p>Overall, there shouldn’t be any problems with your situation provided that your major is not excluded from TAG.</p>

<p>Lil more help and im golden</p>
