<p>In the packet, it looks like there is a immunization form, an “accept the offer” form, a decline form, and a brochure with instructions for entering the housing lottery.</p>

<p>I got my welcome packet not too long ago and when I was looking at the Measles Form, in part I, it asks, “Are you a Health Sciences Student?”
I’m just an in-coming freshman, but my intended major is a health science.
Am I supposed to say yes to this or would it be a no since I’m just a freshman?</p>
