@taianweston I know the applicant portal will be the first thing updated. Iām not sure if they send emails after that, but I donāt think so.
@taianweston @jubilant56 For ED 1, just the portal was updatedā¦no email notification. Expect the same for ED 2.
Hi guys! I also applied EDII, love Wellesley to death, and am definitely exploding with anxiety. Iām from Los Angeles and have lived here my whole life. Just thought Iād say hi since weāre all in the same boat! I am taking a gap year. I applied to Wellesley last year RD and was waitlisted. Iām hoping we all get in!!

Iām taking it right now! I applied to schools last year, almost enrolled, and then decided to take a gap year. Best decision ever.

I told myself I wouldnāt cry if I got rejected, but at this point I wouldnāt be surprised if I did.
@jubilant56 same. im trying to be pragmatic and calm but i know ill probably be an emotional, self-hating wreck if im rejected or deferred D: may i ask, what are your credentials? just asking since weāre applying to some of the same places, if thatās alright.

Me too! Iāve been trying to make my peace with a rej letter for the past few days but I guess Iād still cry if thatās unfortunately what really happened.
I guess no one can always get what s/he wants but we will all end up in the most suitable places:)

Are you guys the only ones in your high school applying ed to Wellesley? People at my high school seem to have very low interest at Wellesley.
yes @taianweston 2 other girls applied RD though. Last year one girl from my high school applied ED and got in but she was practically the first as far as I know.
