<p>So the closer and closer I get to September, I'm getting more and more excited about Wellesley, so I decided to start a thread about reasons why we love Wellesley.</p>

<p>ooh ME!! I loved the campus. It’s one of the main reasons I applied to Wellesley ^^
especially the Lulu student center. Love it! I can’t wait to go</p>
<p>it gives me butterflies in my stomach just looking at it. i agree.</p>
<p>I know someone posted a thread calling Wellesley lonely, but I really loved how friendly everyone was there. Students would come and randomly start conversations with me, and my roommate was really sweet. Also, it didn’t feel super competitive- more of a camaraderie. :]</p>
<p>Omg, I got the MyWellesley info in an email today and I am getting so excited!!</p>

Endless amounts of food
Step singing
Dorm wars
MIT boys
Traying
Study parties every night
Lollipop trees around the lake</p>

<p>^^They’re these trees on the other side of the lake, cut in interesting ways…dunno, we just call them Lollipop trees! No, lollipops don’t grow on them…I wish…</p>

I’m already so excited, but when I read your amazing list and “MIT boys” i just couldn’t contain it anymore!

I’m just excited to be with a bunch of girls and study all night and be in an environment where we all want to learn, not compete!
oh, and i really hope i get into Tower!
My sister was there freshman year, and 1) the view = HORRENDOUSLY BEAUTIFUL. and i say horrendously because it makes my heart break because it’s so pretty, 2) it has wood floors!</p>
<p>i am ACHING for Tower, if i get it, i will die of happiness…</p>

<p>Tower is the best!!! I’m an FYM there this fall so I hope you get it But I can guarantee that you will fall in love with whatever dorm you’re placed in. Most people stay in the same complex each year just because of the community that develops. but of course, nothing beats tower ;)</p>
