<p>I'm a African American Texas resident and if want to go somewhere where I will fit in socially. I'm caught between these schools and I would like some pros and cons. I'm also majoring in Computer Engineering. </p>
<p>Okay sos WVU has the BEST SOCIAL SCENE ever! and engineering programs is one of WVU’s best programs! and other pros is that its located in a beautiful town morgantown, right next to Pennsylvania! so good luck choosing

<p>lol i have the same situation , im international tudent and i want to go to WVU and tuition is like 20K per year excludng everything! @skillfulmind</p>
