What is it please?

I don’t think it has been released recently, but given the fact that Penn’s overall acceptance rate is 12.3%, and Wharton is more competitive than the other schools, it’s safe to say that Wharton’s acceptance rate is below 12.3%.

Makes sense. I was just wondering if it was something as ridiculous as <5%

I would guess about 6% or something along those lines.

I think it is 6-8% but not completely certain

Lol, at the random percentages with no data to back them up.

Wikipedia says that the rate is 7%

I just read that in 2004 Penn’s overall rate was about 18% and Wharton’s was about 12%. If you apply that same ratio to today the rate is about 8%.

Kafkareborn devised some sort of mathematical model that “uncovered”, or at least predicted, the acceptance rate at Wharton. It was a comment in a post linking to a Google Doc, so I don’t have it on hand. If he sees this, I’m sure he’ll provide it.

A link is available in the “Wharton: Mythbusters” thread.

Yup… but that’s one long thread.

I found it! It was on the last page

LMAO! zyzz69, way to stay in character. Also, RIP.
