Wharton or SAS?

I am a 17 year old rising senior in high school, and I have an extremely wide range of interests. I am pretty sure that I want to go to Penn, but I'm not certain whether to apply ED to SAS or Wharton. I have a really good chance at getting into Penn and a pretty good shot at Wharton, so it's not really a question of whether I'll get in or not.
My interests are really diverse; I do a lot of EC's and activities:
President of a club that fundraises for international issues
President of club for exchange students/cultural education
Student rep to the school board
Student advisory (luncheons with our principal/administrators)
Certified EMT - I try to volunteer at least eight hours a week on an ambulance
Chorus/a capella group
Leadership in the Business World at Wharton
Part time restaurant worker
former varsity football player/captain (stopped due to injury)
et al
Decent test scores, 4.0 GPA, ranked 4/196

I also won a scholarship that helps (a lot) with college admissions and advocacy

I am not really sure what I want to do for a career. I am considering Med School, but I'm not really certain that that is what I want to do. I did EMT to get a taste for medicine, and I like it a lot, but I also am interested in business as well as education. I'm at LBW right now, and it has made me fall in love with Penn. Wharton is growing on me more, but my advisors from the scholarship think that Wharton may be too focused for my diverse interests and want me to look at schools like Princeton or SAS at Penn. I was considering doing a liberal arts economics degree, but LBW has made me like Wharton a lot. I want to keep my options open for a career, and I think that Wharton connections and education could lead to a lot of options after college. I'm really not sure what to do.
