<p>:/ I didn’t expect to get into both and right now i’m having the hardest time deciding between both of these excellent schools. i’ll be going to both of their admit weekend things and hopefully i’ll come up with the verdict after i visit. Do you think that by going to Stanford, less doors will be open for me to pursue business-related things?</p>
<p>Absolutely not. Any school in the top, say, 10 or 11 (bar one or two negative exceptions), will open any doors you want. As I've said before, same person in any one of those schools will follow similar (if not identical) life trajectories.</p>
<p>Fact of the day that I saw on the news: Less and less CEOs of fortune 500 companies are from "elite" (and IVY league) schools.</p>
