<p>I really want to go to the University of Pennsylvania because I can honestly envision myself there. I would like to major in Economics the only thing is I don't know whether to apply to Wharton or the College of Arts and Sciences. I know that the degree from Wharton is a Bachelor of Science whereas it is a Bachelor of Arts from the College.</p>
