i hate when some of you guys lie.
you can't take calc ab and bc at the same time
nor can you take physics b and c at the same time
since the tests are on the same day and the same time...

also, to the guy taking comp. sci a over the internet, but taking the ab exam:
you're going to get a 1. A is learning Java, AB is Data Structures... totally different curriculum.

Well, at my school, Calc AB/BC is a joint year long course where you get 2 AP credits and then take the BC exam.

Also, AP Coordinators are required to make arrangements for students registering for 2 exams which are at the same time.

But there is no reason to take AB and BC because BC covers all the AB material.

AP English Literature
AP Economics/AP Government
AP Statistics

I think I'm taking AP Psych this summer.

At my school there is no way around it. You MUST take calc AB before BC.

im thinking of self studying for some ap...which ones would u guys recommend that are the easiest?

AP English
maybe Chem

There aren't many AP classes in our school and even fewer kids that actually want to take them. :(

i still don't get why people are taking both Calc BC and Calc AB
i get thats like more AP credits... but just weird to do that to boost your GPA or something
i hate schools that calls like algebra 2 or trig honors because thats like the normal above average students(top 30%) take at my school and its just a normal class at my school... ok done ranting
there is always ways around it no matter what your teacher tells you. and at every school there is always a parental override form for classes so basically if you flunked the class its your fault
but at most school talking to the math department head is good enough i meam thats how i don't have to take algebra 1, precalc or calc ab...

my school sucks only 14 AP's available. and like 5 of them are languages and 1 is like Music Theory and AB and BC so its really like 8 APs
and there is like almost no honors class at all

AP Bio
AP Comp Sci AB
if class available
AP Chinese
taking physics at CC cuz we don't have physics AP at my school.. how stupid
so maybe AP Physics C both

took calc bc sophmore year, and stats junior year
ahh running out of math/science APs... grr

I'm taking courses in

AP Eng Lit
AP Art History
AP Euro
AP Gov Pol (both comparative and US gov't tests)
AP Environmental Science
AP Italian

I could be taking Calc AB, but at my school you're required to take the test if you take the course, and I'm not that into math. I don't think I'm taking the English Literature exam, since I already took AP Eng Lang and definitely got at least a four (Eng Lit/Art Hist/Euro is one 2 period course at my school, you only have to take two of three AP's).

In total, I'll have taken eleven or twelve by the time I graduate. I think this whole AP game is ridiculous, but they're the highest courses offered by my school, and if I don't take them I'm a less competitive student.

AP Lit and Comp
AP Spanish Lang
APUSH
AP Bio
AP Calc AB

And then possibly Macro/Micro. WOOOOO! Senior year, here I come...

Senior year AP's:
AP Chemistry
AP Calculus AB
AP U.S. Government
AP Comparative Government

Should be fun! lol

In school:
AP Physics C
AP Biology
AP US History
AP English Language
AP Spanish (maybe)

Out of School:
AP Environmental Science

Fun stuff, eh?

At my school there really is no way around taking calc AB as it's a joint course; The same exact group of 20-30 people would have been moving through calculus topics all semester together. The only way to only take BC would be to self-study all the AB material.

AP Psychology
AP Calc BC
AP Environmental
AP English Lit
AP Macro/AP Gov

this should be fun! haha yay for senior year =D

Class Based:

AP Calculus BC
AP Physics C
AP Economics
AP European History
AP English Literature
AP Statistics (haven't decided)

Possible Self-study:

AP Psychology
AP French (I'm sick of French class so I wouldn't do it as a class for a grade)
AP Computer Science AB (didn't take the C++ class, so my school won't let me take the CS A or AB course, even though they're in JAVA)

english lit, physics b, calc bc, euro, us govt

Ap Calc BC and Ap bio

Prob and Stats, Bio, Latin (Literature I think - I took Vergil this year), and English Lit. I may self-study Physics and Chem.

for AP COMP SCI AB

How much information do you need to know about Computer Science AB stuff before you actually look at the review book. Do you need to take a JAVA class or what is the basic thing you need to do.. Cuz I pick up the Comp Sci for next year.. this last week and i didnt understand a thing....

for AP United States History,

How is the test integrated? Like Is it more based on memorization or just vocab like psychology or.. any help would be appreciated..

i know this would not be the right thread.. im sry if i am causing any incovenience to anyone.

thx
