What apps do you use to improve vocabulary?

<p>I use this one – [Memorize</a> SAT and GRE vocabulary | myvocabapp](<a href=“http://www.myvocabapp.com%5DMemorize”>http://www.myvocabapp.com) – worked wonders for me. breezed through 4000 words in under 2 months with around 85%+ retention.</p>

<p>I don’t recommend apps.
Try Webster’s Vocabulary Builder.It’s useful.
And,I’d rather improve my vocabulary through reading,especially SAT CR.Once I meet new words,I’d consult dictionary(after working the CR).</p>

<p>I personally like the Dictionary.com word of the day (though they put easy words on it too often).</p>

<p>YES. And they often put rhetorical devices no-one knows like zeugma, antimetabole, chiasmus, or anadiplosis. Which can really wow the College Board.</p>

<p>Listen to this person and also use Word Dynamo, its a computer app with words already preset into flashcards, crosswords, and other stuff. In my opinion you should do this for at least 20 minutes a day.</p>
