What are my chances as an international student from For wharton with financial aid?

<p>Sat Math level 2- 710</p>

<p>Sat us History 700</p>

<p>Sat reasoning 2100</p>

<p>Math-750</p>

<p>CR-630</p>

<p>Verbal-720</p>

<p>Now for Community Service</p>

<p>In environment based NGO's I have worked for more than 500 hours since my 10 th standard</p>

<p>at an NGO for blind children and women i have worked for 500 hours during my 11th and 12 standard</p>

<p>Extra Curricular</p>

<p>I have been for one Model United Nations which is at an international level.</p>

<p>I have had three projects which were great business ideas but failed due to funding</p>

<p>Due to my participation in competitions and my public speaking i won an internship at Vodafone and worked there for a month in the front office</p>

<p>I have 7 projects based on management and economics which has received considerable amount of praises from university professors in my country.</p>

<p>I have represented my school at a national level spelling bee competition as well</p>

<p>I have delivered speeches at conferences in many occasions based on the project work i have done (I do have letters that recognize my speeches)</p>

<p>I have the first prize in a music competition held at a national level</p>

<p>I have lead the juniors in my school in various clubs and have guided them through numerous projects and business ventures.</p>

<p>So if any of you could review my profile and tell me whether it is a strong profile for becoming a candidate at Wharton School of Business.
If not which other school would be good for me... I want to pursue management</p>

<p>Your resume is okay. It does not scream, Wharton has gotta have you. Your CR score seems low. By the way, what you are calling Verbal is actually Writing. CR is the old Verbal score. So, unless you are from some part of the world that does not send people to Penn and they desparately want you, your chances are average (under 10%?)</p>

<p>So what do you think needs to be there in order to have a better resume?</p>

<p>And with this kind of a resume which Ivy league colleges do i have maximum chances in?</p>

and what are my chances in UCalifornia?</p>

<p>ED won’t do much, your chances are less than 10%; but you probably have a chance at UCSD and UCSB</p>

<p>You could also look at Cornell. However, if I were you, I would try schools such as CMU, Emory, WUSTL, Boston College & Boston University.</p>

<p>Or perhaps Carlson School of Business (UMinn)…</p>
