What are my chances at Binghamton University?

<p>What are my chances at Binghamton University?
3.2 gpa as Junior
1470 SAT (Taking again)
2 AP's
Volunteer at Hospital
4 year football player
2 year wrestler
Some Community service with the environment
Took a National exam</p>

<p>I know they mostly admit students with 3.5+ gpa's but i have seen 3.2 gpa admits. Do you think i will get admitted even though I don't really have anything spectacular.</p>

<p>What I’d recommend is that you use first semester senior year to bump up your GPA and that you retake the SAT. (Have you tried the ACT? Maybe that would be better for you.)</p>

<p>Also, have you thought about other SUNYs? Buffalo State, Purchase College, Oswego, Fredonia, Old Westbury, and Potsdam may be better fits for you. :)</p>

<p>With your gpa I would say you probably need at least a 1900+. I had friends who were rejected with a 95% gpa’s (4.0) and low 1800 SAT’s.</p>
