Do you live in Virginia?

I am an Asian male out of state

Ooh. Both of those factors will likely make it quite a bit more difficult to get in, but being first gen is a pretty significant boost, so I’d say there’s still hope! Best of luck!

Why would being an Asian male make it more difficult for me to get in? Is it because W&M is dominantly made up of Caucasian females?

Being Asian will almost always make it slightly more difficult to get accepted because Asians are the “overrepresented minority.” My counselor has confirmed that this is the case with William & Mary, unfortunately. But William & Mary is definitely quite female so being male will help! lol

Anyone hear when W&M will announce regular decision results?
