What are my chances at Duke?

<p>I am a junior and Duke is my dream school. What kind of chance do I have if I apply ED? Here are my stats so far:</p>

<p>School Type: Very Competitive Public</p>

<p>GPA: 3.94 unweighted</p>

<p>SAT: Taking them in June (expecting between 1450 and 1500 with a 750 + in writing)</p>

<p>SAT II (still planning on taking US History, IIC, and Spanish Language): Bio (fresh year) - 630:( and Math IC (soph year) - 750</p>

<p>APs: currently (US History - but my school only offers AP US and AP Stat to juniors</p>

<p>Senior yr schedule: AP Chem, AP calc AB, AP Spanish, AP Eng, AP gov, Latin 3</p>

<p>*Extracirriculars are solid</p>

<p>What are my chances?</p>

<p>I'd say your chances are pretty good. I wouldn't stress out about your test scores so much...but of course high SAT's are definately a plus. I was admitted and only had a 1320 with several low 700s and high 600 SAT IIs. Your strong senior year schedule is definately a plus and your solid ECs will show admissions ur dedication to what you do. Make sure you write a stellar essay along with the app--a good essay can defiinately impress the admissions people.</p>
