hi, i am a junior with a 4.1 weighted GPA, 1440 SAT on the new one, and i have a long list of volunteering, internships including one at johns hopkins hospital, and a long list of helping community members. what are my chances? i know Georgetown accepts people with around a 4.2-4.7 GPA (so i don’t meet that) and a 1430 SAT or higher. I am also taking a college credit class at Georgetown this summer and if i can get an A and prove I can handle their class, that should help my case. Do i have a good chance?
I also have 6 AP classes
You definitely have a chance! I would try to raise your sat and work really hard to keep great grades this year. You should also take subject tests.
Retake your SAT, and try to have the three highly recommended SAT IIs.
