Good recs, good essays

bump. Anybody have any idea?

I think you'll get in. Do an interview!

bump. Any more opinions? I'm thinking there's too many other people posting to attract much attention to this. Oh well.

You have a good chance at WashU, although you denfinately need to show interest, and make sure your recs and essays are excellent. WashU has become a hot schools, so some of their decisions are a little hard to understand. Stay focused and you'll be a good candidate for them.

Make sure you have a few other matches/safeties, and don't fall in love with only WashU. Some other universities you might want to consider:

John's Hopkins
Vanderbilt
URochester
Emory
Case Western
Tulane

Hope this helps you a little.

Thanks! I don't know if this helps but I'm also applying to UMiami, U of Illinois, U of Wisconsin, and U of Michigan (my dad's alma mater). I've already visited Washington and I want to set up an interview. Hopefully, I can do one with an alumni around here (I'm from Chicago).

Kewl. UIllinois and UWisconsi are awesome schools. And, I'm pretty sure you'll be a great candidate. UMiami is also a good choice.

Good luck with WashU...remember to show interest, and ask a few questions in your interview.
