I’m an international student from Poland. My GPA is 3.5 (strong upgoing trend from 2.9 GPA to 4+), got 1600 on SAT with max points for essay, 800 on both Math II and Physics. My extracurriculars are as followed: attending game development club, attending robotics club, president of mobile app development club, volontier. For my achievements we have: winning english competition organized by a different school, winning a hackathon in Poland, winning IT/Math competition “See math”, winning 2 competitions organized by universities in Poland, max score in math Kangaroo. Class rank: top 10%. Schools I want to attend: MIT, Ivys, University of Chicago, Caltech. Can I get into any of them?
i think the only thing rlly holding u back is ur GPA. U NEED TO ATLEAST HAVE LIKE A 3.7 or something
sorry about caps im too lazy to retype everything lol
The GPA is probably your weakest point. Try to get that up, as well, perhaps some more focused extracurriculars?
Great SAT score, but believe it or not, it’s just slightly above average according to prepscholar website. Your chances for MIT is 3%. It’s about the same chances for the rest of these schools too.
