What are my Chances at NCSU (North Carolina State University)

<p>Hello all! I've been lurking the forums for awhile now and finally decided to make an account so I could start a thread of my own. </p>

<p>I am currently a Junior attending a school In North Carolina.
My Weighted GPA currently is 4.4375 and unweighted is 3.875
My first SAT score was a 1820
I participated in JV wrestling my Freshman year and This year I am on the Varsity Swim team.</p>

<p>Next year I plan on joining my schools community service club, National Honors Society and National Technical Honors Society. I Also plan on taking All AP Classes and since my school runs on a block schedule(4 classes a semester) I want to take 2 free periods so I can work and gather money so I am prepared for college. </p>

<p>So what exactly are my chances of getting accepted into North Carolina State University? The thing that I'm worried most about is taking the free periods, as I've been told that colleges don't really approve of the practice...</p>

<p>I also plan on Majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering if that helps anything.</p>

<p>I personally think you will get in. You have a good GPA and those AP’s will make it higher and give you good class rigor, which is very important to NCSU. </p>
