What are my chances at NCSU

I apologize in advance for any spelling or grammar mistakes since I am typing this on my iPhone
I am a senior in high school and I just submitted my application at NC State University. I have 3 d’s, 5 c’s, 10 b’s, 16a’s (this is including dual enrollment classes). I have taken all honors classes except for one. I took 7 credit hours (3 classes) this past summer, this fall I took 23 credit hours (7 classes) all at a community college as dual enrollment. I am scheduled to take an additional 19 credit hours (5 classes) at the college this spring. My current community college GPA is a 4.0 with 30 completed credit hours, 19 additional scheduled. My high school weighted GPA is a 3.7 and unweighted is a 3.1. My extracurriculars are very slim due to the fact I worked an average of 35 hours per week throughout 11th and 12th grade. I am in The National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi at my current community college, which is a nationally recognized college honors society. My ACT composite score is a 28; I scored a 25 on English, 28 on math, 29 on reading, and a 28 on science. Writing and English combined was a 19 I believe. What are my chances of being accepted to state? You can tell by some of my grades I slacked off early on in high school but I fixed myself my 2nd half of my junior year. I explained in my essay this was due to the fact of me not being able to handle the freedom I was given as a result of my mother being in nursing school. I still took full responsibility for it in my essay as well. While state is my main concern, I applied to East Carolina University (ECU) as well. What are my chances for both of these colleges, focusing on state?

I think you’re in. You’ve shown great improvement.
