What are my chances at New York University?

I’ve started the college application process and am wondering what my chances are at NYU, which is very competitive school, and I’m honestly very stressed out about it. Here are my stats:

State: Washington
Ethnicity: Asian/White
Gender: Female
GPA: 3.6 UW (showing upward trend from sophomore to junior year)
SAT: 1440 (690 English, 750 Math - retaking in October)
ACT: 35 (35R, 33M, 36W, 35S) (I will probably use this score)
My school does not rank students.

APs: APWH (2), AP Calc AB (5), AP Lang (4), AP Japanese (5), AP Stats (4), APCSA (no score)
AP Scholar w/ Honor
I will not submit my APWH score.

This year’s courses:
AP Psychology
AP Lit
AP US Gov
AP Calc BC
AP Chemistry

My school only offers Honors courses for English, which means on my transcript it probably looks like I took standard classes until junior year. So my weighted GPA most likely will not vary dramatically from my UW. Probably around 3.8-3.9

Extracurriculars:
-Japanese immersion school funded by JP government on Saturdays: I’ve basically been going to school six days a week for my entire life
-Japanese calligraphy
-Science Olympiad club (co-founder as a junior and VP for two years)
-Viola private lessons
-Aikido training
-Math club
-Some volunteering hours, but not a significant amount

I am planning to apply RD to CAS as an applied math major. I’m very worried because my GPA is low but I’m hoping my ACT will compensate for that. What do you think?
