ACT- composite: 29, english: 35, reading: 33, science: 24, math: 24
I’ve taken 5 APs and 7 honors courses (this includes senior year), & the rest just college prep but my school is known for the rigor and challenge of all the courses.

I am very involved with my community. I get 120 community service hours alone coaching for Girls on the Run. I am also a youth ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I am active in the Special Olympics. I am a member of the National Honor Society. I studied abroad in Rome. & even more.

Do I even have a chance at getting in?

I absolutely think you have a chance. Your GPA and ACT are on the lower side for UR, but not out of range, especially given your rigorous curriculum.
