What are my chances at UCLA and other UCs?

New SAT Score: 1350 (700 Math, 650 Reading/Writing)

Weighted GPA (not my UC GPA): 4.30

Prospective Major: Biology/Biological Sciences

For UCs, should I take Math Level II & Biology E/M subject tests for higher chances at admittance? What are my chances at admittance overall? I’m applying to every UC out there outside of Merced. I’m a California resident, what other in-state or out-of-state colleges have good Pre-Med/Biology majors that I should apply to?

Thank you ahead of time for your answers!

I’m actually applying to the same exact major as you. Since you’re a cali resident, your chances at the UC’s are much better (I get the short end of the stick cause im from NJ). You’re SAT score for UCLA makes it and for the rest of the UCs, except for UC Berkeley. You should definitely take the Math II and Biology. The math II focuses a lot on pre calc/ algebra II concepts. The Biology E is easier than the M, but the M has a better curve. If you are good at chemistry I would recommend taking the M. If you took AP environmental science definitely take the E. As for other schools, Boston U and college have pretty good programs- I don’t know if you would be willing to go so far though. U Mich (ann arbor) has a pretty good pre med program as well as UNC (chapel hill). Good luck! Please chance me back
