DO NOT ASSUME THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T BEEN NOTIFIED THAT YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN IN.
i think they do more of a rolling admissions kind of thing..
so keep your chins up and don't be discouraged!</p>
<p>My D has heard from every school she applied to EXCEPT UCI. She's got strong stats (SAT 2190 + 3.9 uw + activities. I'd be a bit surprised, but I know the UCs are reducing acceptances. She's pretty pragmatic about it, but I can't figure out if it's a good sign, or bad that she's not heard yet. Will just wait and see....</p>
<p>My DS got rejected at UCSD aand UCLA. But must have been one of the early admits at UC-Irvine. Got in as computer science major. Kind of helped with the reject from the other schools. Sometimes I think it is totally random. Still waiting on USC.</p>
