Your ECs don’t really point in the direction of medicine (and to be honest, they’re very average). Your ACT is also a little low for PLME. I think you’d have a better chance of getting into Brown and not PLME, but if you truly love research and medicine and it’s evident in your essay, adcoms will appreciate that.
