Yeah, thanks @boby! I am in need for aid, so I am applying to private colleges as well. But I’d like to have an option where I’d get in most likely. Do you think that applies?

@Cateria - I’m not following you. Could you elaborate? I don’t see how it’s related to what I was asking. I’m sorry if I’m misunderstanding! Thanks for your reply

Whatwhere your 10th grade/Year X/IGCSE results?
City College may admit you, but if you don’t have enough money to attend, what good is that to you? They recently built a new dorm, so check out cost of housing through that, otherwise rent in NYC is crazy (I mean, your parents’ stated yearly income wouldn’t suffice to pay for the rent of a studio in the neighborhood where CCNY is located).
Send your application for housing within the hour you’re admitted, too.

Okay, then CCNY will ask forthe 10th ICSE and you’re in with that score.
Look for scholarships - they have an honors program with scholarships I think.
You can compete for Macaulay too (deadline: Dec 1) but I think you’d need ACT 32 - it’s a full scholarship accross all CUNY colleges and it has amazing opportunities so it’s very selective. You can always “try”, and if you’re not admitted into Macaulay you’re considered for your favorite campus anyway.

Alright, so basically I can apply for Macaulay, if I don’t get in, with the same form I’ll be eligible for the City Honors, and if not, normal admission. I just need to get it in by Dec 1st. Am I too late?
