What are my chances for Cornell ED?

Hi, I am a white female interested in computer science. I am wondering what my chances are at Cornell Engineering for ED?

ACT: 33C (35M,34E,31S,30R)
SAT: 1480 (800M,680R)
SAT math II subject test: 800 – taking physics and chem in October
GPA: 3.79 uw/4.53 weighted (weighted is a +1.0 for every honors or AP class)
Ranking: Top 10%
AP Test Scores: Micro(5) Macro(5) Comp Sci A(3) APUSH(4) AP Spanish Language and Culture(3) AP Calc BC(5).
Senior Year Schedule: Multivariable/Linear Algebra, ap stats, ap physics C, ap chemistry, senior English, honors iOS mobile app development

Extracurriculars:
Outside of school I was involved in a teenage girls entrepreneurship club focused on social impact projects. At school, I am involved in Girls Coding Club, Mathletes, Key Club, Deca, Lacrosse, Spanish Honors Society, Academic tutor for math and science, and a few others. I do not have any major positions, but have been involved in each of the clubs for at least 2 years.

Summer: I went to overnight camp for a few years, but also worked at a nearby concert venue. My last year of camp I was a co-captain for color wars. This summer I did a community service outreach trip (40 hours community service) to learn about and help tackle homelessness and poverty. The rest of the summer I worked at the concert venue again.

I know my ap score for compsci is low, especially since I want to go into computer science. However, it was the first ap test I took my sophomore year and I had a teacher who had never taught the class before, so I was not prepped very well. Since then, I took advance data structures my junior year and will be taking mobile makers this upcoming year.

My step dad also went to Cornell, I have no idea if that counts towards legacy or not. Additionally, very few people from my school usually apply to Cornell and almost none ED. However, there is another girl in my class who is also planning on doing ED engineering to Cornell, she has a slightly better SAT and GPA than me, but I believe I have stronger extracurriculars. How do you think this will effect my chances? Will they only accept one of us? Sorry, its just something very much on my nerves. Just a tad stressed about it

THANKS!

Seems alright. SAT seems a bit low. 3.79 also seems a bit low for Cornell but at my school people with 3.7 get into Harvard so take it in the context of your school. Ed raises chances so thats good. ECs seem strong. That ACT may make up for the SAT.

You are in the ballpark but your stats are on the low side. ED chances are better than RD but have match and safety schools on your list.

Your stats are a bit low for a place like Cornell. It’s worth an application, but based on the acceptance rate, your chances are lousy…but they’re lousy for everyone. Computer science is an employable degree, so the school brand really isn’t going to matter much.
