Intended major?
CSU’s use the Eligibility index to rank applicants based on CSU GPA and SAT Math + CR score. Your GPA will be your problem, low for many of the schools. You have no official SAT score so it is impossible to chance you until you have this score.
Calculate your EI: (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR)
EI’s for Cal States you want to have:
SDSU 4100+
CSUF 3800+
CPP 3800+ depending upon if you are applying to an impacted major
Right now, I only see Point Loma as a Match school. The rest look questionable due to GPA.
Come back with your SAT score and you can get chanced.
My intended major is in Business especially Marketing. I don’t know if marketing specifically is impacted at CPP but Business Admin and Accouting are @Gumbymom
Business is not impacted at CPP, but at SDSU and CSUF, so you would need higher than average Stats for an acceptance. I think CPP might be your best bet with your GPA. I need to make a correction in regards to Point Loma, that school is probably a High Match/Low Reach since average GPA is 3.76.
Other schools to consider would be Chico State, Sonoma State, University of Redlands, University of La Verne and CSU Northridge. SDSU and CSUF look out of Reach along with many of the privates on your list. Privates tend to be more holistic so essays and LOR’s could help you along with a competitive SAT score. Check the link for the impacted CSU campuses for Business:

Until you have a solid SAT score, it is difficult to formulate a good college list based on your stats.
Good Luck.
