What are my chances for getting into University of Michigan--Ann Arbor Engineering?

GPA: 4.51 W and around a 3.9 UW Core and a 3.93 UW
ACT: 32 (36 E, 34 M, 22 R, 34 S)
I'm also sending in one with a better reading score 31 (32 E, 32 M, 28 R, 30 S)

I am out of state (IL).

I had a small 3 week internship this past summer at a engineering company.
I am part of National Honor Society, DECA, board member of class government for last 3 years, member of Investment club, Spanish Honor Society, I completed a Saturday Morning Physics course at Fermilab (local research center).

I think I have a pretty nice chance of getting in, only downfall is very poor reading score, but high GPA should account for it since I am in around the top 5%.

What do you guys think?

Your uwGPA is right at the admission average while your ACT score is below average. Your reading score is particularly low. The admission rate to UMich CoE last year was only 20%. Considering all these factors for a student from OOS, it would be a reach for you. Try to bring up your ACT by 2+ points (and reading over 30).
