What are my chances for International Affairs for Gtown?

Admittedly, my average GPA is not too high. I sorta slacked off my two years, but I've been improving since.
Our school's GPA scale is out of 5.3, but the most the top overachievers of our school get are 4.3s-4.5s. I really want to get into Georgetown for its international affairs program.

-I got a 3.45 Freshman yr, then 3.74 Sophomore Year, and right now, I am at like a 4 (roughly). So all togther its like a 3.72 so far.

-My first SAT is a 1920, though I know I can get it to the 2100s by October, maybe even 2200s.

-I just got a volunteer position at the United Nations for the Department of Public Information archiving films
-A for the whole year in Model United Nations Class
-2 years in the Model UN club (4 conferences)
-Perfect Attendance for 3 years haha
-Think I might be able to get a recommendation from a former foreign minister/ambassador who we know
-AP Govt and AP US- both pretty decent grades
-signed up for AP World and AP Euro next year
-Boy Scouts- Life going on to Eagle, but don't think before college
-Environmental Awareness Club Historian
-Active member of Quiz Bowl
-Midnight Run Program that involved going into the city to drive around and give food to the homeless.
-JV Track for 2 yrs
