What Are My Chances For Me To Get Accepted To DePaul?

I really want to know how I will look when the people from DePaul review my application this fall. I have currently a 3.3 gpa, I scored a 18 on the ACT twice but I'm not sure if I should apply ACT optional or with the ACT. I have done a lot of volunteer work since my freshman year. I have done DECA my junior year but I'm going to do it my senior year as well. I played tennis my freshman year and sophomore year. I ran cross country and track my junior year. For my senior year I have a good chance for making sectionals for cross country and state for track, my coach told me that because I'm on the same pace as our last state qualifier. I am captain of the cross country team as well. Since my freshman year I was in a college prep class called AVID. I've been on honor roll since freshman year. I really want to go to DePaul, do I have a chance of getting accepted? Any tips or anything that I should do such as going to community college first then DePaul. I just really want to go here it's my dream school.

It is a slight reach for you but if you could get your ACT to a 20-21 it would be a match
