I am a high school senior right now. I have a 3.4 unweighted GPA. However, my 9th grade was spent in Pakistan where I got the really bad grades because, first of all, I started school 3 months late since I got to Pakistan around that time. Second, once I started school, the second day I got the Typhoid Disease which made me stay in Bed for another 2 weeks. Finally, when I went to school all recovered, I had finals in 3 weeks and I had to cover 6 months worth of content in that time. I was also taking 11 AP level classes!!!!!!! I failed miserably, which I did expect. In 10th grade I moved to the United States and my sophomore + junior year unweighted GPA is 3.85. I did very well in the USA. I'm also enrolled in the IB program which I'm doing very good in. The IB program at my school is combined with the AP program so I'm also taking all AP classes. My EC's are:
I bought a wrecked car and fixed it completely. Then sold it.
1 year of robotics club.
I'm installing a electric car charging station at my High School.
I'm taking the CCNA course (the Cisco Certified Network Associate course) outside of school.
I did tryout for basketball at my school every year but got cut :(
I also have 100 + hours of community service.
I also am very culturally diverse as I was born in Pakistan, immigrated to Canada when I was 3, then moved to Saudi Arabia for a couple years in 7th grade, then moved to Pakistan for freshman year, and finally came to the US.
The first time I took the SAT I got a 1500, but I didnt study at all.
I've been practicing a lot and have been getting around 2000+ points recently. Im taking the test a second time in 2 months so Im more than confident that I can bring my score up to atleast a 2250.
Do you guys think I can get to any of the schools I mentioned earlier?? Please be honest!

Please guys reply to my inquiry!! I really would appreciate the input

MIT and Stanford are super high reaches, but the Berkeley, and especially UCLA, are more attainable; make sure you explain your issues in Pakistan in your counselor rec or in Additional Info.

Good luck! :)
