<p>Given your SATs, I'd say this might be a bit of a reach for you since your scores without writing are well below the middle 50% of this year's freshman class. Your GPA/class rank and SAT writing score (I assume they will be considered writing this year?) will increase your chances slightly and they do give more importance to GPA than SAT scores. If you are really interested I would definitely think about applying early action since that may help show serious interest.</p>
