What are my chances for Stanford (EA), UCB, Duke, Michigan (EA), Yale, Penn?

-White male from MA
-no financial aid needed
-attend rigorous, competitive private school, top 50 matriculation rating
-want Engineering and economics

GPA: 3.96 (Top 5-10% of 108)

APs: English Lang (5), Chem (5), Comp Gov, Calc BC, Physics C, Stats

All honors or AP courses throughout.

-Transferred to current school after freshman year (impacted leadership opportunities)

SAT: 2200 one sitting (720M, 730W, 750CR)

770 M2, 800Chem

ACT: 35SS, 32 one sit (36Sci, 35M, 34R, 34W)

ECs:
-Golf team 4 years varsity (deep passion, tons of time during summer)
-caddie job during summer (paid)
-tutoring same group of kids for 3 years (~100hrs)
-debate (2 years)
-founder young repubs club
-newspaper contributor (school)
-basketball/baseball freshman year
-Peer Academic Coaches (original member, not founder)

Essays: been told it is spectacular by an admissions officer at a top LAC, like top 1%, very revealing, raw, intellectual curiosity

supplements: good/great depending on school

recs: im sure they will be good, both teachers love me, engaged in classes, etc

NO HOOKS

Thing is, your stats are pretty good but nothing amazing.
Stanford: Reach
Yale: Reach
UCB: High Match
Duke: Reach
Michigan: High Match
Penn: Reach
Remember Ivies are reaches for everyone

I second what swiftyfan13x said: Ivies are reaches for everyone. I do however believe that Berkeley and Michigan are more possible than a high match.

SAT score and SAT II Math is kind of low for Stanford, especially for econ/engineering.

Most schools on your list do not superscore ACT. A few will consider individual section scores though. So you may want to send both your SAT1 and ACT scores to most of the schools. My assessment is similar to swiftyfan13x except low reach for Duke as they will look at individual section scores.

yeah i don’t know about stanford
