What Are My Chances For Stanford Early Action?

Hi!
As the decision is coming up, I am curious about what you all think my chances are for Stanford admission.I am hoping that they will focus on my strong character and intellectual vitality that I emphasized through the essays as opposed to my mediocre grades and AP test scores. Here are some main points of my application:

-34 ACT (Superscored between two sessions: 35)
-Very well written application essays
-Applied Restrictive Early Action (which changes the acceptance rate to about 9%)
-Had a good alumni interview
-3.7 Unweighted, 4.1 Weighted GPA
-7 AP Tests in one year (3 Self Studied - Environmental Science [4], US Government [3], Comparative Government [3]) (4 Others - Human Geography [4], US History [3], English Literature [3], Physics 1 [3])
-7 AP Classes being taken senior year

-National Hispanic Scholar
-National Merit Scholar Commendation
-All-State Flutist
-Received Superior ratings at State Solo and Ensemble Contest
-National Latin Exam Gold, Silver, and Silver Awards

-Moved once between states and changed schools three times in high school due to family situation (making the best of this tumultuous situation is essentially the subject of my personal essay)
-On Free/Reduced Lunch
-Lives out of the school’s boundaries and doesn’t receive bus transportation
-Hispanic, Middle Eastern, and White

-Stellar recommendation from counselor
-Good recommendations from English and band teachers

-3 week summer service program in Baltimore through Johns Hopkins University
-3 week summer psychology research program at Carleton College

Your GPA is a little low but your standardized tests and URM hook are great. If you wrote good essays I could see you getting in
