What are my chances for these 7 schools?

Being brutally honest, Harvard, which appears to be your first choice, is high reach. You have average scores and your extracurricula are nothing special as you have not excel in them by receiving national awards, etc. Your personal story is impressive but I have read (and evaluated thousands of applications for scholarships at the institution I used to work)so many stories of aplicants with equally compelling personal stories that it is not really something that would boost your chance…As for having interned at you state senators office, there are multiple students who did the same x number of state senators x 50 states+DC+Guam+PR. There are also students who did the same at US senators/representative offices. You would have been better applying to an all women’s college like Wellesley, or Mt Holyoke. It would have definitely provided you with better personal skills for what you want to do.
At least until 10 years ago, most female US senators had graduated from women’s colleges. I am not sure what it is now.
