What are my chances for these schools?

Hello there,

I am VERY nervous concerning college. I just am not sure if i could get into the colleges i mention at the end, but i would also like to have all of yalls opinions as to which one is the best fit for me!

My credentials are as follows:

I attend a small private school in South Carolina with barely 80 students in the class

I am in the Top 10%

My waited GPA is 4.73

My SAT is 1260 on my third try

I have yet to take the ACT but I hope to get a 30+

Once I finish high school, I will have 8 APs

My extra curriculars include:

Eagle Scout

Beta Club

Mu Alpha Pheta Math Society

A job in a moving business over last summer

Summer tutoring as community service

Over 100+ community service hours

Eagle Scout

FCA

I participate in a literature club at my school

I play guitar

I've been in the drama dept.

Gotten an award in Model UN every year in HS

Participant in HS Government

JV Football, Basketball, Baseball

Varsity Football, Speed and Strength, and Sporting Clays

Marine Science Club President

Served in my church since 12

Captain of the Varisty Football team

The schools I am interested in consist of Georgia, U of South Carolina, Clemson, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, Harvard, Yale, Penn, Dartmouth, Wake Forest, Auburn. I'm mainly in for a large school environment and it sounds bad, but I kind of want to have fun at the school I go to and I want the girls to look good... Haha it sounds bad but still it's a factor

I plan to take the pre med track and much help would be appreciated on what my chances are of getting into these schools. Thanks!

what’s your unweighted GPA? those institutions only look at unweighted. Your EC;s are average but i don’t see much leadership besides captain. Are you good enough at football for it to be a hook? Also you have many spelling/ grammar mistakes making me think you may be a ■■■■■. Anywyas depedning on what your unweighted GPA is and your current SAT score that it is a no for all the ivies, wake forest, UNC CH, and Georgia, U SC is a reach and Auurn is a high mathc.

USC is a reach? Are you kidding me? I know people in my state that got in with a 910/1600 who didn’t take any APs and almost no ECs. My unweighted is around 3.8 by the way.

I think you have a great shot at all except the Ivies, but those are reaches for everyone! All of your stats line up with the schools you mentioned. If you’re interested in beautiful girls have you thought of UCLA?

University of South Carolina is not a reach; it’s a match. UGA a low reach or high match. Auburn is a high match. UNC and Ivys are high reaches.

When I saw “yalls,” I thought it was “Yale’s.” I’ve lived in the South for long enough to know better.…

Chance me bacK?

Your ACT 1260 is out of 1600 or 2400? It does not matter for top schools as they are too low for them in either case. So the Ivies would be a very high reach for you. Don’t ever think you can get into certain school because who and who with even lower score and got in. Those with lower score may have legacy or a hook that you don’t have. You should look at the over all admission stat as they are comparing you with all other candidates with multiple criteria.
If your SAT 1260 is out of 2400, it is pretty low. U South Carolina would be a match if ther 1260 is from CR+M.
