So, I'm currently a Junior in High School. I'm planning to apply to Berkeley next year.
I really screwed up Freshman year with a 3.0 GPA.
In Sophomore year, I got a 3.9 weighted GPA, and a 3.7 unweighted GPA.
For Junior year, I'm taking all APs and Honors, and I managed to get all As first semester, and I think I can get all As second semester.
Senior Year: Again, I'm planning on all Aps and Honors.
I'm pretty confident that I'll get 4's and 5's on my AP tests.
I received a 2380 on the SAT, and a 34 on the ACT.
My ECs:
I have volunteered at a hospital for three hours a week since ninth grade, and I'm currently a "shift leader"
I've been active in NAHS since sophomore year, and I'm currently an "Activities Director" for the club.
I volunteer at my sunday school every Sunday, where I work as a teacher's assistant.
I have been taking music lessons since I was 6, and since the fall of my junior year, I've been performing.
My brother currently attends Berkeley. I'm not really sure if UC schools use legacies when deciding admission.
Thanks for the answers!:)
