What are my chances for UCI? Should I worry?

<p>I still havn't heard from UCI yet... I'm worried. So far I made it into 3 other UC's in the biological field: UCR, UCM, UCSC</p>

<p>Here are my stats:</p>

<p>Intended Major: Biological Sciences
2nd Major: Chemistry</p>

<p>I'm not sure how to calculate UC GPA, or I forgot, but it is 4.0 weighted GPA at my school. Rank 21 of ~600. 3.7 Unweighted.</p>

<p>Top 10% of the ELC.</p>

<p>1710 SAT. 26 ACT.
Subject ACT: 610 Chemistry, 640 Math 2, 650 Physics</p>

<p>8 AP Classes. (Calculus AB and BC, AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP Statistics, AP Language and Composition, AP US Government and Politics, and AP Macroeconomics)</p>

<p>National Honor Society (2 Years)
California Scholarship Foundation (4 Years)
KIWIN'S (4 Years; Club President, Club Secretary, 2nd-Distinguished Club Secretarial Team of Cal-Nev-Ha District)
Tennis (4 Years; 3 years Varsity; 2nd-Team All League 2010-2011; Doubles Varsity Captain)
Basketball (1 Year; Captain: Frosh)
Boys' League (2 Years; Club Secretary; Leadership development training group and role models at my school; help coordinate blood drive and talent show)</p>

<p>There's a few more clubs, but they are school clubs. I don't want to list them all. </p>

<p>Over 500 hours of service of clubs.</p>

<p>Solid essays. I feel confident in my personal statements.</p>

<p>I think your gpa and act is quite low for ucla and ucb. You might have a decent shot at UCSB and UCI</p>

<p>I just got accepted into UCI, just keeping checking your portal because a lot of people from my school got their decisions before me and I was worried too. Just be patient, I’m pretty sure you’ll get in. You should get in UC Davis and UCSB too.</p>
